A massive multi-agency search is underway for 4-year-old Daleza Fregoso, who was allegedly abducted from Los Angeles, California, on May 24, 2026.
Investigators believe the child was taken by Ruben Fregoso, who is also wanted in connection with the murder of Daleza’s mother. Authorities say the suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
Surveillance footage reportedly shows Daleza near the San Ysidro Point of Entry at the U.S.–Mexico border in the days following her disappearance. While a connected white 2019 Land Rover has been recovered, both the suspect and the child remain missing.
Daleza is described as:
- 4 years old
- Approximately 3 feet tall
- About 45 pounds
- Black hair
- Brown eyes
Authorities are urging the public to remain alert and report any information immediately to 911.
The AMBER Alert remains active as the search continues across multiple jurisdictions.
